On this channel I share my creations and I also make sometimes helpful (for some people) video's on software that I use.
I do this mostly when I run into a snag of a software package and I find a solution that usually isn't found easily otherwise.
This way other filmmakers get some help and I have a place to look for myself if I ever forget how to fix it.

Check into all effects that are added to clips. I scrubbed my timeline and found a black clip that was supposed to be visible. There was effect on it. I duplicated the clip and reset all the settings, added the effects back on, and it fixed the error.
This is what I figured I should have done first. I just scrubbed aswell and found the same thing. Thanks

The cause depends on the individual clip. If the result is good you are okay. If you have any problems within the rendered result you need to dive deeper into it.

Was just looking for a way to do the heatwave effect and not only did I get exactly that and fast but you are the very first channel amongst 100's of others I have seen use the foreground and alpha comp mode. I had been looking for a way to do that in the edit tab instead of fusion. Thank you.
